Tranquility Home Watch LLC. Business Owner, Lynn Hagen, moved to Sarasota in April of 2020. She moved from Delaware with her youngest son, who was 15 at the time while having a daughter attending University of South Florida and her oldest son attending Saint Edward’s University in Austin, TX. Having been a school teacher for 28 years, Lynn understands the importance of being trustworthy, reliable, caring, kind and most of all, providing a high quality of service at all times. Lynn spends a lot of time teaching yoga on the beach, while helping her clients ease their minds and find peace in their lives.
After living in South Florida and realizing the need for qualified Home Watch Professionals in the area, Lynn decided to change careers and start her own business helping seasonal homeowners while they are away from their homes. After much research and extensive on-going training, Lynn graduated from the Home Watch Academy Training Program and Tranquility Home Watch began.

It is extremely essential that your Home Watch Professional be trained, have a clean background, and is insured and bonded. This is the difference between having a neighbor/friend watch your home or having a professional.
Tranquility Home Watch is professionally trained by, and a graduate of, the Home Watch Academy. We are fully insured and bonded.

In most areas of the country, neighborhood and home watch programs are not yet regulated. There is no specific state license at this time. It leads to some misrepresentation when a company states they are licensed. Be careful who you trust and know that you can trust Tranquility Home Watch with your home.
